
Emotional Fluency
In over 35 years as a therapist, I have found that one of the keys to living a full, meaningful and satisfying life is what I call Emotional Fluency. This is the idea that learning to recognize, accept and move through our emotions brings us a sense of being fully alive. It helps us to heal from difficult experiences and connect deeply with others. Emotional fluency gets us in touch with who we really are and the patterns that get in our way.

I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling, am an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado.
Working with clients to help them find a way through their struggles and create a life of their dreams, inspires me and gives deep meaning to my life.
