It can help us understand and resolve problems that the conscious mind cannot address. It can help us find the origins of life patterns, heal traumas and change behavior.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Clinical Hypnotherapy helps us use information held in the subconscious mind to heal and change. In a hypnotherapy session, we begin with what is troubling you in the present - difficult feelings or behaviors - and then ask the subconscious mind to take us to the source of these difficulties.
Many patterns that create problems for us today originate in earlier parts of our lives, often childhood. Once we have discovered the source of our difficulties, we ask the subconscious mind what we need to do so we can heal and discontinue old patterns. Hypnotherapy can be helpful in working with trauma and old unhelpful behaviors.
